Perfect layover
Perfect hotel for a quick layover on a business trip. Great area beautiful view wonderful local culture. Parking is perfect for single vehicle it's a little tight for trailers but definitely can be done Big places to turn around.

This establishment asked for a copy of my drivers license which I thought was unusual after they just checked my ID and had my CC to verify who I was, never had that done before and I just stayed at Comfort Inn at Knoxville,TN the week before which was great. Also the TV reception was very poor in our rooms and needs to be addressed. Also make sure ALL staff knows why they are requesting additional information when guests are asking questions about the establishment, I would have liked a better response than “I am not sure”.

Good overall with breakfast
The bathroom was clean the beds were clean the room was clean tables clean Things felt clean and sleep able overall. The small refrigerator makes noises at night . People did come in after 12 or later talking loud in the hallways which was jolting and disturbing along with the door slamming and the loud refrigerator motor coming on and off , one time it sent my adrenaline up because I had just fell asleep.

The area right around the hotel seemed rundown. There were several chain restaurants that had once been there and are now closed. It didn’t seem very unsafe, but seemed run down.
