The receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. I do remember she is from Mexico, has childten along with a husband. She has a great inviting spirit

Mt. Pleasant and Very Pleasant 3 night stay.
Actually called ahead and checked in a day early. Staff was most accommodating and honored our few requests. The kitchen steward was an amazing ambassador for the hotel, greeted us each morning, chatted with us about surrounding sites and gave us the menu for the next day. Better stay than more expensive hotels in the area.

They are in the process of refurbishing this property so there were workmen in different areas. As a byproduct of this, our room was upgraded. We arrived earlier than normal checkin time, but they allowed access to the room anyway. The hotel is conveniently located across from a major shopping area and there are many dining options.

We have stayed at this particular location several times over the course of several years. Super convenient to Isle of Palms, Mount Pleasant and Charleston attractions. Shopping is all around the hotel, and a great sports bar/restaurant is literally at the edge of the parking area. Staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful with whatever your need or question. The facility is starting to show some wear, but the hotel is always clean and inviting. Highly recommend!
