Not quite the level I expected from a Country Inn & Suites. Our beds were VERY hard, leading to a low quality sleep. Check in took a little long (but staff was wonderful).Very full and lots of teenage sports teams. Had some noise problems, but staff did address quickly. Elevator was extremely slow and stalled on us once. Had a beeping smoke alarm that I had to figure out was actually an old one stuck in the drop-down ceiling. Totally bizarre and can't really blame staff for that, but glad I figured it out or we would not have been able to sleep. Probably won't return here in the future.

The property was ok. It was not worth the inflated cost for whatever was going on in the area. One of the towels had a stain on it(hopefully just didn't come out in the wash) which I didn't notice till I was already drying off with it. There was no stopper in the bathtub and bathtub filled up with about 2 inches of water with normal shower

Security deposit was a surprise
Quick stop on a long trip. Looks like it was recently renovated. Bathroom was nice and clean, however you can tell they cut corners on the renovations……looks like they got a lot of materials from scratch and dent building supplies. Random cut out in the wall to access the bathroom plumbing was kind of weird and off putting. Definitely good for the price. Heads up you need to place a $100 security deposit at check in.

Nice enough room and very comfortable. The bathroom and corridors are not air conditioned which was a bit uncomfortable in this heat wave. Very pleasant staff. The free cookies at the front desk were delicious.

We stayed here on a family trip. The hotel was clean, the staff great, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Nasty!!
The bathroom/toilet was not clean and there was no soap anywhere in the room. The next day went to my room and the bed was still unmade and the bathroom was still not cleaned but they did add a new towel across the tub BUT still no soap! I had to request a new room and they shared that WE have to request a cleaning and that it’s no longer automatic!!
Did not clean but maybe emptied the trash???
Here’s the clean towel and they just walked away from all else!

Overpriced
Check-in was quick and easy. Got to our room and noticed that the soap on the sink was open and had been used. Room other wise was clean. Commode did not flush right and took forever for the tank to refill. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Ice machine on the floor our room was no was not working. Police and fire sirens could be heard off and on all night around the hotel. Breakfast was okay, had to ask for waffle mix. There was bacon and sausage but no biscuits or eggs to go with them. Needs several updates. A little steep in price for the quality of the stay.

There was no hot water so they canceled my reservation. The facility was clean and the staff was very nice. They couldn't cancel with Expedia so they printed a notice of cancelation. I tried to call Expedia but there was no number
