I rarely give a hotel such a low rating, I try to find the silver lining in everything. However, this Country Inn is in extremely poor condition. The best way I can describe it is to imagine a roadside motel that has been abandoned for about 6 months. That's really exactly what it feel like. To be frank I'm stunned by the number of 10/10 ratings. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and this one is one of the worst. I don't fault the staff who were busy but fine to interact with. The whole entire hotel is desperately in need of a floor to ceiling remodel. I can't even pick one thing as the worst thing. I guess maybe the drains that don't drain? Or maybe the tiles that are falling off? Or the mattress that was positively coated with stains? Take you pick, there are more. Gross carpet, smells that are competing to see which can be most offensive. Etc. It's pretty bad.

I checked in here as a last resort when my previous booking had bedbugs. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. However, my room was a fair bit dusty and had cob webs. The bed was clean as was the bathroom. It was decent for the evening. Breakfast was lacking and they had a lot of cereal but no milk. I wish they would enforce a shoe rule in the dining area. Several guests were barefoot in the lobby and dining area, making for a gross breakfast experience.

Roaches!!!!
Roaches!!! Getting ready for bed.....look up and roaches came out of the headboard! We immediately packed our bags and left. The entire place is dirty and in disrepair. Cracked walls, dirty torn drapes, even the lamp finish was worn off from people turning it on. I have pictures of the roaches and curtains, lamp, and roaches, but the app wont let.me upload.

Okay for an overnight.
Susan offered a lovely welcome at check in. She made our process smooth, efficient, & pleasant. Overall good repair & well maintained. Good gravy at breakfast. Loud location - highway, trucks, people, Beds were unfriendly to aging backs. Bathroom cleanliness could’ve used more care.

We have stayed here a little over 2 years ago and everything then was wonderful. This time horrible. Hot tub is no longer available even though it states it is available. Permanently closed. Pool is suppose to be heated not the case. It was so cold grandkids would not get in. Sink and tub wouldn't drain. No shampoo or anything in the shower but containers there. Ironing board broken, iron leaked water. Mind you these are clothing for wedding. Breakfast so cold you had to microwave it. Nothing in the cooler like yogurt fruit very disappointing. We stayed 2 nights. We were told after talking to front desk the first night maintenence would come fix the non draining sink and tub.Nobody came. I could say more.

Employee was FaceTiming someone and chatting with her while checking us in so check in was slow. I chose this hotel chain because other stays I have always found hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Sick and counter were obviously not cleaned from previous guest. A used bar of soap was stuck to tub so the tub/shower hadn’t been cleaned. Duvet cover on bed had dirty stains. Was really gross. We used blankets we had in our car because we didn’t trust if we asked for clean blankets that we would get clean laundered ones. We reserved for 3 people but there was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed. We shouldn’t have to go to the front desk and get bedding. It did appear to be clean. Breakfast was good. I will think long and hard before I stay in another Country Inn again especially for the rate I was charged for a dirty room.

The staff were good. The place clean and tidy. But our room faced the freeway and although is was pretty quiet we had freeway lights shine in our room all night. No black out blinds. Why do they made decorative valences with sheers over the wondow and no way to make the room datk
