The property is okay. Quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable but outside of basic slumber and shower, property is in desperate of an upgrade. You have to pay for breakfast which is over priced because the options are limited and the food is simply not good. It is buffet style and ive had more/better options at lower end hotels. Luke warm, sausage was rubbery and cold. No pancake or waffles options, barely any pastries. Or main breakfast items. Save your money. Even the oj was served warm. Entertainment/TV The tv in the rooms wont connect to the internet when trying to use devices such as a fire stick or roku which again is very disappointing when all they offer is basic cable channels which if we are being honest, no one watches anymore. So there should definitely be a way to offer streaming services to your customers. But they dont. Again that was a major disappointment especially if traveling for leasure. Overall okay place to stay if your just looking for a good nights rest and shower. Nothing more.

Mixed Experience with Service and Amenities My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired, though there were some positives. At the restaurant, I waited 40 minutes to be seated despite being the only person there. I was told I hadn’t been seen, even though it was the same staff member who eventually sat me down. While I received a small discount for the meal, the overall experience was frustrating. After dining, I had to wait for my bill, which was mistakenly brought to me twice. Additionally, when a glass of water and ice fell to the floor, it took 15 minutes to clean it up, which felt unnecessarily delayed. Throughout my visit, I noticed wait staff using their phones and front desk workers eating in front of customers—both unprofessional and distracting. On a positive note, Brandon and Minnett provided exceptional service, going out of their way to ensure a better experience. The shuttle driver also deserves recognition for quickly stepping in to take me to the airport after an issue with my appointment not being documented. The room was clean and comfortable, but the layout lacked convenience due to the absence of a full-size mirror, which would have been helpful. Overall, while the hotel had some bright spots, the lack of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail in the restaurant detracted significantly from my stay.

Get house keeping in order and fix damages.
To start, the Hotel was very nice. The employees were very friendly, but the room need a little TLC. The first thing I looked at was the restroom. I found urine still on and around the toilet, hair still on the walls and yes, I look for things like that. There was broken tile behind the roller barn door. Walking on the carpet floor felt as if it hasn't been vacuum. I took it upon myself to clean the toilet and shower instead of requesting another room.

The fire alarm went off multiple times a night for multiple nights in a row. Extremely disruptive and disappointing it was never acknowledged or explained. Would not recommend this hotel for that reason. Also our room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke even though we requested a smoke free room. Would not stay here again
