The food was not the same! Not a variety of foods like before! Had to wait for setup! Our bed was not made or sheets changed! Very disappointed! Will not stay here again when coming to Charleston!

Not good at all place was falling apart they invest no money into keeping the place looking good rust and screws missing in bathrooms iron was damaged chair was shaky bolts loose. Staff was partying when we got there that's fine but the language wasn't appropriate for my child and wife

Good place

Nice place. Clean with everything we needed. The breakfast was good. The ladies that work in the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. So the were the people at the front desk.

Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. No waffle maker. Dust on the clock. Outside bathroom door dirty. Not a lot of breakfast choices. Staff started vacuuming in the room next door early. Electrical closet was right next to our room. Requested away from elevator but was next door. So many sirens early in the morning.
