The staff were all very nice. Rooms were clean. Area was safe. Loved that there was shuttle service to the music festival and back. Very convenient. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The staff was great the only negatives was bug in our room (happens in SC) pulled the couch back to kill it and found a treasure trove of dirt, paper, nuts and the pool had floating debri in it. One of the better holiday inns ive stayed in. I would stay here again, based on the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.

Great breakfast, but the staff was rude, there were ants all in the bed of our first room and the next room was nasty as well with brown stains on the carpet, a ring around the bath tub and hairs all in the bottom, the shampoo and conditioner was empty on the wall.. just not a great experience at all there.

The air freshener explaining the room.
The stay was very good. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. the room was very clean. The only problem we had was the air freshener they was using in the room it was so strong it started to choked me up. But other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.
