Check in was horrible. I was given the wrong room during afternoon check in and then asked to move several hours later. I also had to get rooms "keyed" on 4 occasions during a 2-night stay.

Was close to College of Charleston. Staff were all lovely especially "Brooklyn"at the front desk and Trey and Charles at valet. So helpful and friendly! Parking was easy - parking garage attached or could valet. Will return when we go back to visit our grandaughter! Easy Uber rides to restaurants, market and carriage rides?

Nice and modern hotel in a great location, tucked away from the street but right next to King street with lots of shopping and dining options. Indoor pool was a blast when it rained and breakfast was very nice as well. We had a great stay!
