Have stayed at Mills House consistently for past 25 years and what was always a wonderful hotel is now a five star facility under Hilton management. Fantastic location, staff and rooftop pool can’t be beaten on a hot day. Rooms are well renovated and the restaurant breakfast is excellent and convenient. Will be back next year.

Very well located hotel and staff were helpful and friendly. Pool area is fairly small and was quite loud and busy most of the time (we were there on a weekend so probably the busiest time!) We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious.

Meh. Expected better for what we paid.
No room service at this hotel. A few bumps here and there—a dismissive poolside bartender, a very rude and snobby valet driver, no signs to indicate when pool loungers have been reserved for someone so you sit down and then are asked to leave. However, to be fair, the hotel was beautiful throughout, including our room. Loved the clothes steamer that was provided. Some of the staff were excellent—bellhop, restaurant host. Valet is $59/night.

Beautiful hotel that was perfect for girls weekend with the rooftop pool. Great location easily walkable to many wonderful restaurants and the city market shopping area. Will definitely be back.
