Great Experience @ North Charleston Marriott
I have stayed at this location multiple times and the staff has never failed to deliver exemplary service. From check in to room cleanliness to dining and over all hospitality, this location is outstanding! I would like to specifically recognize Nicholas, the office manager and Kelly, our favorite bartender/dining area host. They both are great at customer service and a huge reason we will definitely be booking my next stay in the Charleston area at this hotel.

Good- the restaurant and bar was good and Kelly our bartender/server was great! The restaurant food was actually pretty dang good.. The commons area was nice. Bad- the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement and the smell of our room and hallways was awful… musty and sour smell. Overall it was fine for a night but if we stayed longer I couldn’t take the smell.

Our stay here could not have been better! The hotel is top notch, clean and well maintained. But a lot of hotels are. What makes this place stand out is the staff. From Mia checking us in, to crystal and Sheila in the M lounge, everyone was great. You never pass an employee without them greeting you. The desk staff always offering assistance if needed as you go through the lobby. Definitely recommend!!
