You can grab your beach gear and towels and mosey out to find your spot in the sand after your morning coffee on one of the THREE BALCONIES.
Professionally decorated and full of luxury details, THE VILLA was designed for family & friends in mind. Featuring a gourmet kitchen, complete with cookware, dinnerware, granite countertops center island and high-end stainless steel appliances. Additionally you'll find a a separate dining room that seats 8. The kitchen opens to the living room where you're drawn to the two indoor porch swings overlooking the beach and ocean beyond. With abundant comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, TV with cable, wireless internet, and floor to ceiling sliding doors you'll relax in luxury at the beach.
The 1st floor MASTER BEDROOM offers breathtaking ocean views, has a KING BED and a luxurious spa-like bath with separate frameless glass shower and tub. Each additional bedroom suite (one on the first floor, and 2 on the 3rd floor) includes KING BEDS, private ensuite bathrooms, and all have access to a private balcony. The intimate courtyard tucked between third floor private suites, is a tranquil place for morning coffee and provides spiral stair access to the rooftop deck. The 360 degree rooftop views remind you why this sleepy beachside town is affectionately called “The Edge of America.” You're also just STEPS to Center Street where you'll find all of Folly Beach activity, from shops to restaurants and bars.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!
Parking
Ample parking is provided including the 3-car garage and one additional parking space.

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
Minimum rental age is 25.

$150 Non-refundable Pet Fee/pet (maximum two dogs allowed/NO CATS), $50/hour Early Check In Fee, $25/hour late check out fee. $100 Elevator Use Fee. (Elevator use must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
