This downstairs unit of a Charleston single is great for everyone . The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Nice Place on a Busy Street
We had a great visit to Charleston. Location is on busy street but quiet inside. House was fine but low water pressure in bathrooms & TV's had to be fixed by mgmt. Hudson was great & Johnny on the spot. If you bring a pet, there is not much grass around for them to take care of business.

We had a good stay, though we were unaware there was an upstairs to this property. The first night the people were very quiet. On Friday a large group of probably 12, 20 something year olds moved in for the weekend. very noisy going up and down the stairs, especially on our last night.

The 4 beds/4.5 bathrooms accommodated our group well. A few concerns because of the foot traffic immediately outside our door but nothing too concerning because we had a large group. Overall, we liked the house and property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Friends getaway
The trip was a group of 4 female friends exploring Charleston. The 4 bedroom/4 bathroom was perfect for us. We did communicate with owner when we were having tv issues and he quickly responded. None of us use streaming channels so only having ROKU was not our cup of tea. For the size of the unit and possibility of having more individuals there, there could be more tableware-small plates, bowls, serving pieces. The only other recommendation was lighting in parking area……the parking is a few doors down behind another house but since it now gets dark early it was dangerous walking in parking area……uneven ground and dark!

Fun porch sitting!
We enjoyed the luxury of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Although Spring Street is busy, we loved sitting on the porch and watching the locals go by. We did not find the traffic noise an issue while sleeping. The parking is on the same block just a few houses down. We would stay again!

Perfect Space for Group of Friends!
Great location! Walkable to coffee shops and convenience stores. We were visiting for a wedding at the Gibbs’s Museum of Art which was only a 6-7 minute uber ride. The house was in great condition and accommodated our group of 5 perfectly! We would totally stay at this property again!

The Boroughs were not easy to work with. We never had a conversation with the Boroughs our issue with property, even though we tried. Our situation could have been easily resolved if they would have taken the time to communicate. The issue was the property had bugs in some of the bedrooms and kitchen, They implied we brought the bugs in, which was totally not true.

Lovely house horrible location
I don’t usually post negatives as I also am a VRBO owner but I was under the impression this was close to downtown it’s not. When I say close it’s under close not parking house. Also the renters that use the other side of the house are very young but respectful. There was 15 of them. They were unit a we were b. All in all a nice cozy place

This beautifully renovated home is a very short drive away from all that historical Charleston has to offer. It is thoughtfully stocked with esssentials and little extras to make your stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Really cute and clean home. Rooms were decorated very nice. The beds and linens super comfortable. We loved the nice touches of plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the showers. They even provided makeup remover pads, Q-tips & floss sticks in all the bathrooms! Kitchen is very nicely stocked with anything you need to cook. They provide 2 parking spots two houses down in a lot. The house is also super close (1 block) to 2 really cute coffee houses. Located in a great neighborhood! We highly recommend it and the price is soooo reasonable.

Nice on the Inside
We stayed in the downstairs unit and there was a party in the upstairs unit so we were not able to sleep prior to the 10K race the next day. There’s only two places for parking and it’s a couple blocks down the road so if you have more than two cars, you have to pay for parking and the parking is a ways from the house. The inside of the home was well appointed. There was constant noise as the house sits right at a stoplight as well as a bus stop.

The apartment a on the bottom floor had all the necessities that we needed we had four bedrooms four bathrooms and a half bath. The location was in walking distance of everything that we needed. There were restaurants there were little grocery stores etc. on Spring Street. Highly recommend.
