Wonderful mother/daughter weekend in Charleston at the Dewberry!! Staff was great especially the concierge staff - Meghan, Paige and Annabelle (?). So insightful. complimentary car drop off was very appreciated to dinner following a long day of walking. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The Dewberry checks all the boxes for us. It’s clean and quiet, with friendly and accommodating staff. Location is a plus for shopping and near wonderful restaurants. Out trip was only overnight and we wished it was longer. Oh well another trip in the making.

I do not recommend the Dewberry unless you want world class service and to feel like the only guest in the entire hotel, even when it is completely packed. From my arrival and greeting by the valet staff, all the way until check out, my stay at the Dewberry was nothing less than PERFECT. There’s no way that I can stay anywhere else when in Charleston. Hats off to all involved in giving the ultimate experience

Absolutely beautiful property! The staff was always great and curteous. The 1st floor lounge The Living Room was a very laid back relaxing vibe while the rooftop bar - the Citrus Club is so up-scale yet accessible and provides great views of the city! Cannot recommend the Dewberry enough!

For a fine, up-scale hotel experience, The Dewberry is great. But for me, the internet is terrible and unreliable, and the TVs are not smart TVs with streaming apps. This is an issue because streaming from a laptop has buffering issues because of how bad the internet is. I had to do some upgrades on may machine and what should have taken 5-10 minutes took 2 hours. And I couldn't even stream on my other device at the same time. That's bad, but perhaps what most people who stay at The Dewberry want - a non-technologically advanced stay. (plus there is no coffee other than in the morning; I don't count espresso as offering coffee - I had to walk to Starbucks across Marion Square to get coffee in the afternoon)
