Christmas with Family
This property was the perfect extra room for our Christmas Family gathering. We were 5 minutes away from our family and had all the comforts of home. The sunrise and sunset on the water was such a gift. Thank you for a great place to create memories. We’ll definitely be back.

As if the charm of Charleston isn’t luring enough on its on, this plantation style home on the wetlands is a destination on its own. We were greeted by the personal drive, an escape from the near by destinations. We loved using the backyard for sunset photography, and evening laughs. The host was quick to reply, and anticipated our needs, even down to easy to forget toiletries. The location offers an off road private feel, while keeping you close to everything you’ll want to visit/do!

Family Vacation
The home was perfect for our family of 6! We had enough space to sleep comfortably, hang out together inside and enjoy the beautiful lawn and marsh water outside. The property was secluded enough for a special family time but close enough to the beach and restaurants and tourist attractions to make for a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing Gem
This location was beautiful and after 15 years visiting Charleston this is the most relaxing of any prior places we have stayed. Felt very comfortable and almost like being at except with a water view. The environment felt very safe. I slept on the deck one night watching night and day arrive, beautiful. The one issue we had the host corrected very quickly, The kitchen are was beautiful and very funny. We will go back. I definitely recommend as it is a very peaceful location yet close to beach great restaurants and downtown Charleston.

Waterfront Gem was just that, “A Gem”. This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a beautiful, tranquil vacation home. Very clean, and spacious. The owners paid attention to every little detail and an abundance of everything you needed there at your fingertips. Great communication, and easy check in and check out. Definitely will be back!

This is a magical place. The lights at night, the views, everything was clean, it was wonderful. The bench swings were several places. I loved sitting on the swing on the dock just watching nature. We are already trying to figure out another time to visit. Thank you!

Well-appointed scenic property
My wife and I had a pleasant stay at this James Island property, when we had to stay around more than most visitors likely do. The interior was clean and spacious, and we felt at home with all the dishes and appliances in the kitchen, plus the shower liquids were a nice touch. The view of the marsh speaks for itself, and there was plenty of room to walk our dog. My wife was 7.5 months pregnant, so we did takeout for most meals, and she stayed behind while I did the Bridge Run. Despite having a few sets of neighbors, noise was never an issue.

Beautiful spot!
Property was clean and comfortable, well equipped, and in an absolutely beautiful location, right on Clark Sound. Beds were comfy, nice fluffy towels, nice kitchen. Only a 10-15 drive to downtown Charleston, and 15-20 mins to Folly Beach.

The property was beautiful, clean, and right on the water as advertised. The backyard view was gorgeous; especially at sunrise and sunset. The Christmas decor inside the property was a nice touch. There were plenty of extras that you wouldn't normally get at a hotel or resort; items like just in case you forgot this, we have these extras. Somehow I missed where we'd be sharing that beautiful backyard with a whole complex in the listing description, but that's really our only complaint.

Absolutely beautiful
We booked this property on accident and boy am I glad we did. The home is furnished with all the basic necessities and is so comfortable and homey. The bed in the master is so comfortable, I can’t remember when I have gotten better sleep. I’m the mornings we would drink our coffee and watch the dolphins from the dock and in the evenings we had bon fires and roasted marshmallows. The next time we visit we will definitely be booking this place.

Weekend trip to charleston
Beautiful location and very nice place. Every detail matters and they covered them - from the extra toothbrushes and toiletry to the coffee supplies. View was amazing and halfway between Folly beach and Downtown Charleston. Would definitely stay again.
