Without being rude the receptionist looked like she just woke up in clothes that didn’t fit and were wrinkled. We weren’t able to park up front and unload due to construction. The elevator was gross. The floor needs to be replaced as there were broken pieces and it was dirty. The walls in the room were smeared and dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy! There was no fan in the bathroom so it was so steamy and dripping from ceiling when we got out all over us! The food area I refused to even touch since the place was gross!! We stayed there overnight to be close to the hospital our daughter was having surgery at the next day and thank god it was only one night! The only nice thing I will say is the soap was a good soap and the bed was comfy!

Run down property. Filry dirty carpets, walls, doors. Will never recommend this hotel given they said over the phone is a recent renovated hotel but it isn't.

I have stayed in government housing in third world countries better than this hotel. Absolutely disgusting. They had duct tape on the carpet and it looks like something from a horror movie. I didn’t even stay once I walked into the hotel room. I quickly went back downstairs and booked at a different hotel.

Place was run down. Came with my family for a wedding. Drive through entrance was roped off with yellow tape, hotel smelled of cigarettes, elevator was broken, AC unit duck taped, maintenance door left wide open, room looked nothing like pictures online, floor was dirty, unfinished paint on walls. Decided to leave and get another hotel

My son and I were in town for a hospital visit. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The front entrance had some construction or something going on.

The property is located less than 2 miles from the airport. They have a shuttle that runs to and from the airport. It is located less than a mile from a shopping center. A gas station is very close. There are a few dining options nearby but a car provides better options. Uber pickups are common and frequent. The room was comfortable, nice and quiet. It is time for a carpet refresh and some cosmetic touch up. Breakfast was good, but the space is somewhat limited if you are a late riser. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was adequate Unfortunately, we could not use the pool, it was green with algae, a few chairs, no tables, and no umbrellas with the heat index between 93 and 96. I did ask for an umbrella they said it blew away. There was one day I could not get anyone to answer at the front desk in the afternoon after repeated calls
