"I cannot imagine a more serene, authentic, inviting and hospitable hotel and staff that mirrored the same. Everyone from the owner, to the front desk, the restaurant staff, housekeeping and gardening - were remarkably wonderful. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with several appealing options! The bar is a fantastic throw back in time, well stocked and wonderful to share a drink in! The grounds are impeccable, manicured yet very homey. The rooms and buildings are rustic and so welcoming. There is so much history and the hotel has been preserved beautifully. It’s clear that the owner and staff take great pride and care deeply about their place and their guest’s experience. "I am a returning visitor to the island and I loved the property. The landscaping is amazing with all the variety of fruit trees and the walking path made it so easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, plenty of room for my three children to swim and play without being on top of one another. The location was perfect, far enough away to have privacy but close enough to get to the grocery stores in 3 minutes, town in 5 minutes and Pinney’s beach is just a 7 drive away. "
