A fresh new renovation in Charlevoix
This traditional block farmhouse has been expertly renovated into a highly comfortable rental property. The renovation carefully preserved architectural features such as the original trim and moulding, while modernizing with updated electrical systems, cabinetry, new windows, and exceptionally comfortable beds (three king-size). Despite sub-zero temperatures during the stay, the house maintained a comfortable temperature without excessive use of the furnace. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, including a gas stove. The house is spacious with two stories. The televisions are fitted with Firesticks, facilitating easy streaming of your preferred content. Located in a quiet mixed-use area of residential properties and boat storage just outside Charlevoix city limits, there is ample space for walking pets. It is only a short drive to downtown Charlevoix. The host was responsive and easily contactable, promptly addressing an initial issue at check-in. I highly recommend this property.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
The property has a nice setting with a field and barn behind it that make it feel like it is in the country while being just on the edge of a Charlevoix neighborhood. We were able to swing into an Ace Hardware, Grocery store, Family Farm and Home and even a Radio Shack with in 5 minutes. The House was clean and comfortable with lots of TV's and places to sit. We were there this December, so it was nice to have space to relax. The decks will be nice in warm weather. It was very newly opened rental and there was a glitch getting in, but this was not a big deal and should be worked out in the future. As a suggestion for the owner, we would have appreciated a coat rack by the front door and a tea kettle for heating water. On the whole we really loved the house thank you for the opportunity to stay in a nice area for a fair price.
