Welcome to Lavish Lake Lounge, a beautiful third-floor condo on Lake Norman. With a private pool for resident use, just steps from the boardwalk, and tennis courts onsite there is plenty to keep your crew busy and happy! Sip your coffee on the patio while taking in the lakefront views. The condo is within walking distance to beautiful waterfront dining, Port City Club which offers excellent food and refreshing cocktails. The Lavish Lake Lounge provides all the amenities and views you need to kick back and relax!
The condo has three bedrooms, two full baths, large full kitchen, and washer and dryer.
Conveniently located in Cornelius, a short drive to Uptown Charlotte. Plenty of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment there is something to do for everyone!
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** The pool is managed directly by the condo. We cannot guarantee the condition of the condo amenities, however they are available for your use
*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily
Pool Rules:

POOL HOURS
Daily 9:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M.
1. Utilization of the swimming pool shall be restricted to condominium owners, their
guests, invitees and tenants.
2. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3. No lifeguard will be provided within the swimming pool area and accordingly unit
owners, their guests, invitees, and tenants will utilize the swimming pool at their own
risk.
4. No glass container of any type or kind shall be permitted in the pool area. Food is not
permitted in the swimming pool.
5. Radios, stereos, or similar amplified sound equipment shall be used only in a manner so
as to be considerate of other people utilizing the pool facility and residents of the units.
Such devicesshall not be used after dark. Out of further consideration, all pool users
should refrain from using foul language.
6. Owners and tenants are discouraged from inviting guests, as the pool gets very crowded
very quickly, but should an owner or tenant have guests, please try to limit the number of
guests to a maximum of four (4) per household. All guests must be accompanied by their
resident or tenant host(s) while in the pool area. Guests that are unaccompanied by a
resident or tenant host(s) will be considered trespassing and the local law authority will be
called.
7. The furniture provided by the Association within the pool area shall not be removed
from the pool area at any time.
8 . Condominium owners, their guests, invitees and tenants shall not leave any personal
items within the pool area overnight including, without limitation, lawn chairs, floats,
towels and similar items.
9. No pets of any type are permitted in the pool area AT ANY TIME.
10. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the pool area.
WE WANT EVERYONE TO ENJOY THE POOL. Random checking will be done by
Board Members and/or Pool Committee delegates. Violators of rules will be asked to leave.
Depending on the infraction, police may be called, or pool privileges removed for a set
period of time.
