Great property but be wary of room location
Sounded like a construction site next to our room. Like pylons being hammered into ground all night. Asked at front desk in morning. They said “oh, you were next to the boiler room.” No offer to provide discount or anything. Otherwise, great property. Clean, nice bright lighting in bathroom and great breakfast and coffee bar.

The ONLY negative about this Hotel and stay was the mattress on the beds. They have been slept in so much that they need to be replaced with new ones. Otherwise, This property was great!! Good location, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast choices! Would definitely stay again.

Never again!!
I normally only stay at Hiltons. But I have stayed at Country Inn before, not this particular one. So I booked it bc the Hilton was full. Worst decision ever! The room smelled like pee. There was holes in the wall in the curtain and the door. It was very low class feeling. The people looked sketchy. The bed was so hard. I live 2 hours away, I had to talk myself out of leaving mid morning. I don't get any good sleep. The room wasn't that clean. No paper towels to dry your hands on. I'm itching just writing this review. I was up most the night bc I couldn't sleep on the hard bed. I have stayed at Country 3 a few times in the past over the years. They are normally clean and comfortable. I don't know what happened with this one. Never, ever again! You get what you pay for I guess..

Thought this hotel would be by the Concord Mills mall, Concord NC, and the race track since Concord Mills was in the name. It was closer to Kanappolis, but that wasn't really a problem, I just thought others might like to know. Excellent breakfast everyday. Lots of choices and delicious! The hot foods change every couple days. Our room was great, but there was no microwave, which really wasn't a big deal. The fridge had no freezer section, but after a couple days our water bottles were mostly frozen. Again, that wasn't a big deal. This hotel chain is becoming our go to. We like them. Our adult son stayed with us and the suite with sofa bed was perfect. He had his separate area, and we had ours.

Designated smoking area should NOT be by lobby doors. Breakfast was great! Room smelled stuffy and old. Fan didn’t work in bathroom. Lamps were loose and falling apart. Plaster hole in bathroom with pieces on floor. The pool was inviting, but I was unfortunately not able to enjoy.
