Curtains did not stretch across the window so no privacy and lots of light at night . No cereal at breakfast. Three cigarette burns on top sheet of bed. Second floor hallway needs to be vacuumed. Way to much money for such conditions.

We find a push pin in the bed and the front desk didn’t things about it will never go there again the food was not good it was very dirty and not really friendly if you are looking to stay there don’t

Aweful experience
The shuttle driver could not direct me to where I needed to be to get picked up. Ive never been to that airport and had issues finding my way around. One I finallu got to the place for the shuttle, he pulled up and left as we were coming out. I had to call him back to have him turn around. He was no not apologetic and was rude and drove recklessly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The manager who facilitates this property has no customer service skills. He was unapproachable and did not correct an error made through a third party booking for my sister we had to rebook and pay twice. Filipino a dispute the manager said “I don’t deal with third party bookings”. We have always used third party bookings this one was through agoda and was incorrectly transferred to the wrong date. We then booked for the appropriate night through Expedia. The manager would not agree with agoda to remove the charge. Agoda wanted to help but this manager wouldn’t work to agree. We have always had help with bookings from every other hotel. Please forward to their corporate division.

The carpet in the suite were stained throughout the living room area and bedroom. I saw this and attempted to call downstairs to the front desk from the room phone. I picked up and there was no dial tone. I called the desk from my phone and requested a room change. When I got to the new room there were still stained throughout the carpet. The only positive portion is that the bathrooms and the bed were clean.

You get what you pay for.
I wanted an inexpensive room for a pre-flight stay. I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons. The room was basic but clean and the AC ran cold. The hotel is on a departure path, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. The gentleman at check in was very pleasant, but the two women in the morning played the “you are invisible” game on check out until one of them gave up her laziness briefly to help me out. As I waited to catch an airport shuttle, both front desk women disappeared. A man walked up to the desk in need of assistance, but no one was to be found. He knocked on the desk, said “hello”, and finally ended up shouting and whistling to attract attention (for a minute or two). Great service in the evening, terrible in the morning.

Don't do it!
Upon arrival at the property we had doubts. It looks nothing like the pictures. It is essentially behind a vacant looking bar with little to no parking in the front of the building. As well, there were some very questionable people loitering around outside the building who would go in and then come right back out. Not sure if they were staying there or just waiting for other people. Upon entering, the lobby was dimly lit, and there were at least 2 other people standing at the check in desk having issues with their reservations. Once we got checked in we moved our car from the front door to the back of the building where there was more parking, only to find that there are entry doors at the farthest end of each wing of the building, and our room was right in the middle of the building. So to get to the elevator, we had to walk half way back around the building just to get in. We finally got to our room and found that the AC was blowing warm humid air, there were stains on the bed coverings, and there was a smell that had me wondering if ever even cleaned the room. We immediately turned around and left the property. We did not stay. I was afraid to even sit on the beds. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures, as I didn't even think about it until after we left the property.

The room was clean. They didn’t have breakfast today (Sunday). Slightly disappointed as I wanted to get breakfast at the hotel before driving home to Maryland.

This place is super sketchy and very run down. We actually bailed and paid for a room at a different hotel because we weren’t comfortable staying there.
