Curtains did not stretch across the window so no privacy and lots of light at night . No cereal at breakfast. Three cigarette burns on top sheet of bed. Second floor hallway needs to be vacuumed. Way to much money for such conditions.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I do travel a lot. My normal is Fairfield Inn and they were booked out so I chose this as I wanted something cheap and flat before the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep and how well maintained the property was. The front desk guy was very friendly and did not even charge extra for early check in. Props to that. The free breakfast really was a bonus.

The hotel was fine, airport pickup only runs every half hour. Beds are comfortable, breakfast was decent but no napkins to be found and restroom out of order. But price was good for closeness to airport

This place was absolutely horrendous. We should have known it wouldn’t be good when it took more than 20 minutes and 3 separate phone calls to even get the shuttle to come pick us up. Then, we get to the lobby. There was not a clean spot on the floor anywhere, the room was filled with some scent, likely to mask the other horrible smells that would fill the room. Then, we got to the actual room. Requested a non-smoking room, and it smelled so heavily of smoke that our eyes were burning and got headaches because of it. The bathroom was disgusting, and the bed spreads and other surfaces had a black waxy substance splattered on them. We spent 15 minutes max in the room, time spent booking a new hotel and Uber. When I requested to check out and a refund due to the state of the room, the front counter person had to text her supervisor, who then went to the room to see what we were talking about, and they refused to refund the stay. On top of all of this, this hotel is probably in one of the worst parts of town. As someone who’s never visited Charlotte, I wish I had known this. We felt completely unsafe, and after a day of driving it was completely frustrating to have to switch hotels because this one was so utterly disgusting with unhelpful and unkind staff.

The hotel looks horrible from the outside . Dirty building , windows not clean . Trash around the door . Actual door was filthy. Hallway smelled, guest yelling in the hallway. Dated furniture , bed was not comfortable at all and leaned when laying in it. Definitely in need of new linen . Towels had stains .

Aweful experience
The shuttle driver could not direct me to where I needed to be to get picked up. Ive never been to that airport and had issues finding my way around. One I finallu got to the place for the shuttle, he pulled up and left as we were coming out. I had to call him back to have him turn around. He was no not apologetic and was rude and drove recklessly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
