When I first entered the room it was clean and smelled fresh, but the longer we stayed the more issues with the room came about. First the tv didn’t work, the phone also didn’t work. The only sockets in the room that worked were being used by a lamp so no place to charge phones unless we unplugged the lamp. The heat went out in the middle of the night and the entire room was freezing. The toilet also stopped working in the middle of the night. Shower water barely went above room temperature which doesn’t help when the room is already cold and freezing outside.The lights also were flickering on and off randomly as well. All these issues were addressed with the front desk but because they claimed they were booked for the night nothing could be done. The lady at the front even tried to give me a plunger to fix the toilet as if that is my job. The toilet was not clogged it just wouldn’t flush and ran for several hours until the morning time. We were also told that if we needed to use the restroom then we had to go use it in the hallway. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to go pee in the hallway when the toilet should be working in the room that was paid for. We were only staying one night for a birthday celebration but I guess you get what you pay for. After looking at the reviews other people had the same issues they we did when staying at this hotel. The assistant general manager Eric was also no help. If you can help it please stay away from this place

Nice hotel. Great staff. Satisfactory breakfast. No smoking signs outside which many guests ignored. Too many guests smoking and hanging out outside ruined look and feel of the hotel.

The room was very spacious but an infestation of cockroaches ruined the hotel stay experience .. also the existence of people living in the hotel caused an issue because some shady individuals were lurking around at night that may or may not be on a hotel stay .

I always found Country Inn and Suites to have a high standard of cleanliness. However room 323 at this property should not be let at any price. We arrived very late to the property (after 11pm). Check in was fine and efficient. But upon opening the door to our room I immediately felt something was amiss. My wife stomped a cockroach crawling along the carpet. The carpeted floors were stained pink by what looked like several spill. There was blue nail polish on the bathroom counters. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned. The nightstand had some greasy substance (likely pizza grease) and the remote control was covered in what looked like pizza sauce or pasta sauce. It was late and we had to leave early so I didn’t complain except at checkout where the clerk only offered an apology. This was not a great experience and I hope the property will do something about the condition of that room.

Good hotel
Check in was smooth and fast. There was garbage in the hallway near our room that smelled really bad. We told the front desk attendant about it and the garbage was gone when we returned but the hallway still smelled like days old fettuccine alfredo and hot wings. The breakfast was good and had many offerings. The price we paid for the night was great.

The property was safe, clean and quiet. They need to improve the breakfast. No sausage or bacon. Need to add fresh fruits. The eggs had cheese in them which we did not like and they tasted like powdered eggs. Not variety of choices for diabetics. We did call for service because the wasn’t hot enough to shower. Maintenance came and tested temperature and corrected the problem with the furnace. This is the second time staying there. Location is great.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast, while not exceptional, was satisfactory. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was well-equipped, although toothpaste and a toothbrush were not provided (but available upon request at the reception). Overall, I'd give it 4.5 stars.

Reviews stated 8.2 out of 10 in no way was this place or at least my room a 8.2 out of 10 … if I wasn’t so tired from 9 hours of driving I would have checked back out. Dirty & out dated room … toliet didn’t flush … tub wasn’t draining while taking a shower … even the wash cloths were dingy .. luckily I brought my own. Very disappointing. Vents full of thick dust & what ever fragrance they use to scent the place smelled so heavy luckily the old windows literally opened for some fresh air to come in while I slept before leaving back out. The scent was way too heavy. I have pics etc disappointing & disgusted. People with allergies use caution luckily it was just me so I just stuck it out only out of pure exhaustion.

The moment we walked in our first room there was a roach about an inch and a half long crawling across the floor. We immediately asked for another room and the guy working the desk was extremely sweet and helpful. We didn’t see any bugs in our second room but that initial experience made the whole place feel dirty and gross and unwelcoming. We stayed because we were only in town briefly for a concert and finding a new hotel would have been a huge drain on our time and mental resources. But this place is not nice at all and the review averages are shocking
