Hol in bathroom door. Like a punch hole 4 bugs in the floor right when I walked in. Several Cigarette burns in the bath tub and mood in bathroom.

The place obviously had Tropical Storm Helene damage, but that was no excuse for the horrid appearance, weird people roaming around, and the filth. The website looked very good, but the place was a disgrace. I refused to stay there. They said I would cancel the reservation. I hope they follow through. Expedia should be more careful. I would like an explanation from them.

While we were about to go to sleep we saw a roach crawl down the wall. The bed was made but there were crumbs on it. A random qtip was on the floor. The tv didn’t work. Overall, it was not a great experience.

No breakfast, condescending staff, TV did not work, no toilet paper, long black hairs everywhere, and some questionable damage to the ceiling. Definitely felt sketchy and unsafe. I observed quite a lot of illicit activities..

Lets start with the good, it was SUPER quiet. And the water pressure was amazing... and thats all the good.. We were greeted by 3 unhoused people, one activity using in front of the door, could not walk. I drove around for about 5 minutes before checking in because i didnt feel safe to leave my car. I an not a weak person, and have delt with active addition before, but THIS was really bad.. there was ZERO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.. even though it was listed. DO NOT TAKE KIDS HERE, not safe. There were used needles in the pool.. so take it for what it is...
