Once I was able to find the parking garage, it is pretty tough to see the sign depending on which direction you approach from, I found everything else to be great. The free breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and I ate all 3 nights in the dining room. The 1/2 price happy hour prices couldn’t be beat and the portions were great!!!

The customer service was good.The previous guest was a cigarette smoker and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Customer service changed the room for me. It was much appreciated.

Overall it was a good place to stay and good distance from center of Charlotte. Everything is walkable distance. Our room was cool , clean, and maintained well.

A Lovely Place to Stay
One quick downside: if you need silence to sleep, try to get a room on a higher floor. Personally, I sleep best with road noise like at home so my floor was perfect! I chose this hotel for its location and amenities and I was not disappointed. The room was beautiful with a great bathroom and incredibly comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed using the pool. The main positive, though, is the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay a happy one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room 406 Shower head broken. Was a handicap room, but no way of attaching shower head to holder. Hair dryer did not work Biggest negative - no shuttle to/from airport. this magnifies anxiety when trying to get to airport for flights out.

Clean and comfortable, dining options at the hotel and walking distance. Walking distance to BOA Stadium, we visited NC for the Copa America, and public transportation options available. Art and NASCAR museums also at walking distance from the hotel! Great visit!
