Easy check in, plenty of parking, well within walking distance of downtown Charlotte. Room was clean and comfortable. We were just disappointed that the pool was closed, considering that was the whole reason I booked this particular property.

We came here for a few nights during our honeymoon and was told the room would be ready at 3pm. When we got there at 3pm they had no ETA on our room and it wasn’t even close to being ready, asked to downgrade me to a queen room instead which I didn’t want. They need a better parking area for bigger vehicles as our truck was hit by a car in the parking garage and the person just left. It was in a good location that you could walk around an see the city but they didn’t offer any maps or pamphlets for attractions in the area

Had to change rooms because window did not have nightshade front desk personnel was offputting when I ask why parking was so high. Then she didn’t explain I was to use my room card to open the parking gate. Not the best experience.
