The hotel was very nice looking, but have never seen to hotels connected; the Hilton and Hampton. Had easy check in and received two bottles of complimentary water. Was surprised there was a charge for parking when it was just a normal parking lot. Our room was very nice except the morning we were getting ready to leave the toilet was leaking water on the floor quite badly. We wiped it up with towels and after we finished getting ready we notified the front desk. While my husband was checking out he unfortunately left a brown paper bag on top of the check out counter containing some personal items. Unfortunately he didn’t realize it until we were almost there to our next destination, five hours away. He tried calling to me see if it was found but for some reason the call didn’t go through. We just gave up and will suffer the loss because we won’t be going back there.

A combined building with a Tru hotel. Even though they have plenty of room for parking, they’ve contracted it out and charge - extracting more money out of customers. Breakfast is at 7 even though this is advertised as an airport hotel. Not an impressive example of a Hampton Inn.

Property was nice. Blood stains on the sheets. Housekeepers knocked on my door even though the DND was left on the hallway side of the door. Ordered food and the delivery was incomplete. The courier said he would be back but never showed. They charged me for food I did not order and tried to offer me something else. I did not want what offered and told the courier to take that as his tip. I guess that made him decide not to come back.

Hotel was very nice, and staff was friendly. Should not have to pay $10.00 per night to park our car in addition to the room rate. That was an unpleasant first, especially when the actual cost exceeded $10.00 when other inexplicable fees added.

Our toilet wouldnt flush. We asked for a plunger and when it was brougjt to our room, the plastic bag it was in had dried poop on it and the pkunger had dried toilet paper all over it. We took pictures. I have traveld the country amd always stay with hampton and was very surprised at this level of slack and grossness. Then the rubber part of the plunger was so hard we couldnt even use it. We just let it slowly work its way down....very disappointed. Mentionednit to two staff members and they didnt seem to care at all.
