I didn't like upon arrival that the room I requested was no longer available and the room was given to someone else. I spoke with the GM and was told Expedia messed up when the information was sent to them and was advised to directly book with the Hotel in the future to guarantee that I get the room I requested. Also we checked out early because of extreme noise issues and had ran out of soap which was provided by the Hotel and couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work in the room. What a bad experience! Extremely disappointed with this visit.

I had a quiet room and that was great. Staff was excellent. Food was terrible. I had the breakfast buffet for $15 and wouldn't have thought it possible to ruin oatmeal. But they did it.

Over priced for what it was. Charged me for breakfast and an extra $100 dog fee. People allowed to smoke near an entrance with doors open to inside. Long wait at reception. Basic buffet for an extra cost although food service staff was very nice

Property was nice and well maintained with multiple dining options close by and a pretty good restaurant inside. The desk though seemed to be not well serviced early in morning and late at night where I had to wait on multiple occasions to get to speak with staff. One morning (Wed) staff was missing from desk and restaurant area, and breakfast was not out at scheduled start time causing stress as I had an early morning departure and had prepaid breakfast in my room which all I got for it was a bagel to go :(
