Our room was clean but the carpet in the room was damp throughout. We had to wear shoes whenever walking on the carpet; socks became wet immediately. Because of the damp carpet and high humidity in the room (in spite of keeping the AC at 69 degrees) the sheets on the bed felt "sticky". This surprised us since previous stays were awesome.

Overall nice hotel
The staff was super friendly. Hotel was very clean and housekeeping was great. It’s a little loud being on a main road and clubs being in the vicinity but overall good. I will stay there again.

TV remote had issues with box located on back of TV. Tub would not drain. Had to call maintenance. Toiletries not stocked. Homeless guy threw bottle of water at us or at window because we would not give him food while eating breakfast. Room was hot when we checked in

It was okay
Dance Club was loud but AC unit was even louder. Room needs to be updated. Door was almost impossible to open. Bed needed to be replaced with something comfortable and not sagging in the middle. Great location and super friendly staff.

I don’t remember his name, but the guy at the front desk was so nice! My friend and I checked in for a concert that was unfortunately canceled last minute, which was very disappointing. The guy at the front desk went above and beyond to cheer us up and make us laugh and greeted us each time we came in the lobby.

I stay in Charlotte once a year. And this is probably the first time after leaving that I’ll want to stay in the same place again. The staff was great. The room was everything I expected. And it’s close to everywhere I need to get to as well.
