All good until check in and one of the front desk was rude, Ignored me, Didn’t provide any information of the hotel times or Services, he started talking to other people while we were still there waiting to hear something. I have to figure it out my room number

I would not recommend a single woman or women traveling together to stay here. The parking garage is separate from the hotel in a sketchy area with no way to go directly from hotel to garage. It’s a difficult entry from the street. The room itself, while not strictly dirty, was not clean, and very careworn. We were on the 5th floor and the street noise was so loud that it repeatedly woke me up in the morning- starting at 6 and going to 9. The layout of the room was poor, and the lighting was worse. Very little in the room worked well. Extremely disappointing. We travel a lot, and aren’t difficult travelers.

Loud all night. Could hear people screaming outside, cars loud, some truck beeping all day and night backing up. Pillows made my neck hurt
