We found the property to be in poor condition as it appeared little maintenance was performed. The cabinets in each of our rooms were old, abused, and falling apart. Except for the lobby area, the remainder of the building was dirty, especially the halls and elevator. Even though the property was listed as non-smoking, the scent of smoking was everywhere in the building. We cut our stay to only one night due to this condition. The property needs a complete renovation and renewed focus on cleanliness. I do not recommend this property at all.

Toilet in first room had not been properly cleaned. Second room smelled of smoke. Canceled my reseravtion an hour after arriving at hotel. Young woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and professional. Attempted to contact Expedia via virtual agent; continually receive a prompt which stated that the typing feature was not longer available. NOT PLEASED.

Do not recommend
We actually did not stay, we left because the room was not clean at all. The floor was very dirty, the bathroom was dirty and we checked the sheets on the bed and there were hairs. It looked almost as if the only thing that had been done since the previous occupants was that they had remade the bed. The lady working the front desk was exceptionally friendly and tried to be accommodating by offering to switch us to another room but we declined. Unfortunately we booked thru a third party service so we were unable to be refunded. I would not recommend this place.

My room was on the second floor and the entire floor smelled of cigarettes, when it’s stated non smoking. The room itself was unclean from the bed to the bathroom. I had to go and buy bleach to clean the bathroom. And Sanitize the bed and rest of the room including the a.c. Unit. Because of the horrible smell coming from it. Only spent ones night and it was the longest, uncomfortable night ever.

The carpets and floors look as if they have never been cleaned. Our room was infested with roaches. I had to buy bug spray just to get through the night because there is no one at the front desk at night.

Staff were competent and nice. The place was so gross though. The smell unbearable. This is an extended stay facility so many long term guests. While I was checking on a guy with an actual ankle bracelet came through the front door. Only stay here as a last resort

Front desk service was terrible. Cleanliness was not clean at all, beds looked like prison beds. I can only imagine that’s how prison beds felt as well. Ambulances, cops, fire trucks out the window all night. I would NEVER recommend this location again.

Our first room had bugs in the bed. The second room was a little better. It smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking and we woke up to ants on the bedside table.

Once I checked into my very dirty room, I wanted nothing more than to check out. The lady at the front desk, Amanda, gave us a very hard time with trying to check out stating we had to waiting until the next day at 11am. I have video proof of fleas in my room. I really tried to make the room work but draw the line at fleas or bed bugs. I eventually checked out after pleading with the front desk receptionist. They stated I could not get a refund through them as I’ve booked through Expedia. I stated I understood and would contact Expedia. Expedia is now saying this property manager is refusing to provide any sort of refund. Reminder, I attempted to checkout 20 minutes after checking in. I eventually checked out about 3 hours later after sitting in my car cringing at this dirty room. I booked with the best western and they were much more clean and accommodating.
