We found the property to be in poor condition as it appeared little maintenance was performed. The cabinets in each of our rooms were old, abused, and falling apart. Except for the lobby area, the remainder of the building was dirty, especially the halls and elevator. Even though the property was listed as non-smoking, the scent of smoking was everywhere in the building. We cut our stay to only one night due to this condition. The property needs a complete renovation and renewed focus on cleanliness. I do not recommend this property at all.

Property is absolutely not as shown. Run down old place with some schetchy residents. Outside is ok but inside is poorly maintained and carpet is filthy. It is more of a flop house than hotel.

Will definitely pay a little more to stay in a nicer environment next trip there. Very sketchy characters hanging around all day & night. Room was dirty and instead of replacing the wax ring on the toilet, they simply caulked around the bottom to keep it from leaking,,,,,,,which it did not. Kids were running a marathon in the room above me for about 2 hours.

Toilet in first room had not been properly cleaned. Second room smelled of smoke. Canceled my reseravtion an hour after arriving at hotel. Young woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and professional. Attempted to contact Expedia via virtual agent; continually receive a prompt which stated that the typing feature was not longer available. NOT PLEASED.
