This was a beautiful, convenient property, but had several issues. Parking was very expensive, almost half of what the room costs. We got to the room and while it was pretty, it was either not mopped or mopped with a dirty mop, our shoes kept sticking to the floor. The trash under the sink was over flowing. We did enjoy a lounge on property. Staff were all very nice

The sidewalk/alley where guests walk their dogs was littered with dog poop that owners simply left on the sidewalk, poop smeared on the walkway in several areas. Lots of cigarette butts on ground near entry. Bags outside for picking up animal waste might help.

It was okay the parking situation is bad, my car was valeted, whoever gave me the car back def hit a weed vape in there. My room had trash in the can from the previous person, it was a can that would be hard to see when glancing at it. I also don’t like that you can only use their food delivery service in the lobby.

We loved our stay at the Hilton! We have stayed at other hiltons and have never had a bad experience! For this trip my husband and I encountered some extremely rude staff at the comedy show we went to, so it was so comforting and nerve calming when we came to the Hilton and had such nice people working there. We came down a little late for breakfast and a very kind lady was cleaning up, but let us get some food and made sure we got enough. They had already put the juice up, but the kind lady asked us what we would like went to the kitchen and made us both a cup of juice that we wanted. So 10/10 we will be coming back again! Amazing staff clean areas and it smelt very nice clean and new! Absolutely loved our stay!

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet until constuction across the street began in the morning. Valet attendants and front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience.

The walls are thin so neighbors can hear you and you can definitely hear the neighbors especially when talking loud/yelling on the phone in the wee hours of the morning
