Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was a breeze. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed, but we have literally never been any where that they were. AC was very slow to cool the room and likely needed service. The towels were out at the pool, though it was very late in the day when we went.

Love the location of the hotel which is close to Great Wolf and Concord Mills. Traveled with my 2 yr old daughter and family, the room was clean and spacious!

Wonderful place to stay! We will definitely stay here again! We loved the separate living area and kitchen, the pool and the breakfast. The staff made us feel very welcome and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton are my favorite places to stay.

Great stay!
Great stay! No complaints really. The room was ready on time. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. I like the check in is at 12pm! Will be staying here again if in the future.
