I really like staying here. The rooms are always spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is always super friendly. I feel safe. I appreciate the shuttle to the airport; our driver is friendly and safe. Any time I come to Charlotte, I stay here.

Mold in shower. Torn black out curtain and someone thought it ok to just staple it which didn’t work, no ice or vending machines on each floor, parking is $10 a night, lighting in bathroom very dim

Great airport hotel with excellent service
Stayed here for one night to catch an early fight at CLT. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they even have an in-hotel bar that is open until 10pm each night. Would definitely stay here again!

Good basic Hotel - very clean
Hotel was nice and in a good location. Only complaint was that one elevator was not working and there did not seem to be anyone trying to fix it. Also the heater in the room was very noisy. Staff was very nice and place was spotless. Breakfast was standard low $ buffet but OK esp if you like carbs. Would stay there again.

We stayed just one night with plans to take shuttle to airport. Hotels.com stated in 2 different locations that the shuttle was 24 hours, it is NOT. DO NOT BOOK if you need a ride after midnight or before 5am. Room was nice and big for family of 5 and front desk staff were fantastic. Room was loud we heard cars racing most the late night and the AC unit was on its last leg.

I did enjoy my stay as the staff was very pleasant. What could improve - room 311, my refrigerator was not on, the placement of microwave and plug for refrigerator are not guest friendly. When I mentioned concern on my refrigerator, the attendant asked me if I checked the plug. I did not want to move any furniture to get to the back of the appliance b/c the plug was not visible. The breakfast trash receptacle is too small of an opening for realistic use, other guests just let their food waste fall all around the hole, which should be a bit bigger to avoid an eye sore. In my bedding and towels, there were long hairs left within the mix. This happens in many establishments, but it is always a 'ick' finding. Overall, the value of my stay was decent. Lastly, put a little more browning to those hashbrowns, they were barely done.
