had to stay here overnight due to late flight and missed connection. Hotel was fine if not swarmed with tired customers. Only note is that their airport shuttle isn't all that big so you might have to wait a whole cycle to get in.

I really like staying here. The rooms are always spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is always super friendly. I feel safe. I appreciate the shuttle to the airport; our driver is friendly and safe. Any time I come to Charlotte, I stay here.

Mold in shower. Torn black out curtain and someone thought it ok to just staple it which didn’t work, no ice or vending machines on each floor, parking is $10 a night, lighting in bathroom very dim
