Gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Large, covered porch opening out to the lawn and walkway to the docks. Pool on one side of the building, Port City restaurant on the other plus tennis courts across the parking lot. You may never want to leave. Mini honey moon
We love Folly beach, and we visit at least twice in the summer if not more. This condo was as advertised. Perfect location from the beach and a short walk to town and market. It had beach chairs, boogie boars and an umbrella that we used. Honestly if there is one thing i can comment on it would be that the bed was uncomfortable could use a new mattress or a topper. We would stay there again.

Clean and spacious! We had many great conversations out on the patio overlooking the lake and walks on the boardwalk. We also enjoyed being so close to Port City so we could walk to and from dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekday getaway with grand child.
The property was nicely apportioned. TVs small and required multiple controllers, the twin room tv didn’t work. Handle fell off master closet door. Property showing age but still fairly nice. Could use electronics update and some minor repairs, but it’s in a nice area and quiet.

Great Condo
We feel fortunate to have found this Condo. Katie the host was very communicative and quick to respond to any question. The Condo was absolutely lovely. It was clean, has a nice well stocked kitchen and has a view of the lake that can’t be beat. The beds are comfortable and the location is good as well. There is a nice pool on site and a great restaurant steps away from our unit. I would for sure stay there again.

We loved this beautiful home and location. The back patio was our favorite way to start and end our day. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice, the view of Lake Norman is gorgeous!! Plenty of room for our family and so many activities in the area. Amazing vacation!!

Vacation in paradise
This is a beautiful home on lake Norman. I have a brother who lives on the lake. This was are 4th year to stay at Harborside. It is a short ride on 77 to my brother's condo. A week of families getting together and spending time on his boat. This home was well equipped and a great place to relax. The view from the porch and the boardwalk around the inlet make it A great plsce to stay Katie took care of all our needs.
