This is a property that takes it for granted that they will get customers. The room had no towels except for one on the floor that appeared to be a towel used to clean things in a garage with stains on it. The bathroom as a whole looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I should have set my expectations because when I was checking in someone else was asking to switch rooms.

The ladies at check-in were very nice, and that is the ONLY positive thing about this hotel. Hallways and bathrooms smell disgusting, like animal urine and rotting food. Probably because there are multiple animals walking around, trash everywhere, bags of ripped trash sitting next to the trash cans in the halls, open and nasty food sitting around the hall. They were out of towels and TOILET PAPER and didn’t even tell us until we went down to ask, so we had to leave at 9 at night to buy our own. Tub is brown and stained. TV doesn’t work. Mattress is brown and stained. Dogs barking half the morning so we couldn’t sleep. And elevator was left open (leading to an empty elevator shaft) with no signs or anything indicating to stay away. Whoever is running this hotel needs a new job.

Worst hotel in the world!
Worst hotel I've ever been to in my life! It smelled of dirt and cigarette smoke, and every room had broken walls. It was scary! I checked in, went to my room, and left immediately!

Horrifying stay!
This room was in complete disarray, no end tables or phone. Not a single picture or blankets supplied to us. No continental breakfast and blamed everything on the building under maintanence.

Where do I begin. This building should be condemned. Utter filth in the halls. Mold on the windows. Yes it's an old building but this is no excuse for Expedia to offer this place. They provide no blankets, no soap, no shampoo, no towels whatsoever, not even to dry your hands. The Toilet paper was smudged with something black. If you need quarters for laundry they say you must walk to the gas station and back. Expedia, why is this on your list of deals?

My daughter and her roommate were to stay here before flying out of Charlotte. The hotel have no toilet paper or towels. Trash cans are overflowing - literally bags of trash stacked up. There may be some construction impacting this, but the hotel condition at this time is completely unacceptable. They did indicate that the room would be refunded since they were not staying. I expect that will haappen.

Absolute worst hotel ever
There were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, floor towels or any kind of soap upon arrival. I repeatedly asked the front desk and they took forever to only give me a small bar of soap and a badly stained towel. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a smoke free room and there were bugs.
