The staff was right on point as soon as you walked in. I called ahead to get early arrival and they said no problem. Unfortunately, we ran late and got there a few hours later. When I arrived at the desk, I apologized profusely for my poor timing. He said no problem and remembered us talking via phone. I felt relieved. From the time we arrived to the ins and outs throughout our stay, then checking out…seamless. We would recommend them highly. From price to stay 10/10.

Surprisingly great!

This was a last minute booking on our way home from Florida. We got the suite for my husband and I and our 2 adult sons. 2 double beds and a separate living area with pull out sofa and kitchenette with microwave and sink and mini fridge. Ice machines are available. Lobby has a bar with sofas and tables. Lots of games available for family. Bar was not open, not sure if it is anymore, would have been nice if it was. Lots of nearby restaurants and pubs. We walked to a nearby Loso Tavern for dinner (4 min walk), was a good meal and decently priced. Desk staff was awesome! We took a chance to see if she sold earplugs for my son to sleep, she actually had an unopened package in her car and gave us some for the room. It was too late to shop around for some, so this was a great bonus for him! (Thank you!) :) We left early at 5:30am and they had a fresh pot of coffee ready for us! Prices were great for the hotel, would definitely stay again! Would love to see the bar open for guests and maybe queen beds, but otherwise perfect for our short stay.

Needs some upgrades like new higher toilets, cabinets and less noisy air/ heaters . Very clean and well managed. Large rooms and very clean beds. A breakfast would greatly enhance the appel and convenience.

Good but not great!

Overall, the stay was pleasant except for the last night. I understand that Saturday nights can be busy and chaotic, but the extremely loud car in the parking lot kept us awake during our final night.

Check in was smooth until our air didn’t work in our first room. We were transferred to another room on the same floor and there was an ozone machine running in that room. So we were again transferred to another floor and room. The worst are the keys they deactivated every few minute due to my Apple Watch apparently. Very inconvenient. We are staying in this room but the air is struggling!!! It’s hot in here!!!
