My family and I traveled to the area to visit family for the New Year. We checked in very late with three children. When we arrived to our room with our sleeping newborn and very exhausted older children. We entered a dirty room, with trash everywhere. There were no sheets on the beds . Old food in the fridge. It was terrible. The front desk receptionist had to leave the front desk and escort us to a new room to make sure it was clean.

Not a bad hotel for the price. The check in staff were not that accommodating and seemed pretty disinterested, didn't even tell me how to get to my room, just gave me the key. This is an airport hotel so keep that in mind if you want to sleep at all because the elevator is super loud and in use pretty much all night by airport travelers. Overall it's not a bad hotel but I will probably avoid this specific location in the future.

Cigarette and weed smoke in hall, people hanging around. Room smelled like smoke and got worse as night went on. 4AM awoken by a truck next to my window loading revving its engine. Apparently their catalytic converter was stolen. Kept going fior 20 minutes. Called reception and woman said it was a coworker. I calmly asked for it to end, she hung up on me. Sound went away, but sleep was destroyed. Next morning noticed a vomit stain by the bed. Repeated my complaints to reception in the morning, never got an apology. Never again. I should be refunded.
