Great Location!
This was a perfect property for my husband and I and our dog. Super easy check-in and check-out process, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location that’s walkable to breweries, restaurants, etc.

Lovely area
Wonderful space to recover after coming to Charlotte for a few days after suffering home damage and the loss of our car. So close to everything downtown but a sweet neighborhood vibe.

Highly recommend.
House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is safe. Perfect location for events at the VanLandingham Estate. I would rent this home again. Host was generous to allow my 3 small (10 lb) dogs.

We had a girls weekend in Charlotte to celebrate my daughter’s best friend’s upcoming wedding. The neighborhood is close to so much , very convenient! The house is so cute and decorated beautifully. We all loved that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and the cabinets were all labeled so easy to find what you are looking for! We plan on doing this trip again and will definitely be booking this house again.

Nice bungalow to experience Charlotte
Fun neighborhood close to town, restaurants, bars, parks to walk the dog, etc. cozy bungalow with everything you need. It’s an older home, but clean and well equipped. Worked out well for the 2 weeks I stayed there. Would recommend.

My husband, two boys, and our dogs stayed several days in this property and could not have been more pleased with our experience. This home is charming, with cute decor, comfortable beds, an adorable porch swing, lovely backyard, and all in an outstanding location. Catherine, our host, was pleasant and communicative. She even let a stocked coffee station and some snacks upon arrival. Nice touch! This is a place where we will definitely revisit, hopefully, next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

The neighborhood is adorable with very cool spots in walking distance. The property was very clean with everything a guest could need. Some parts of the house / furnishings are older but we’ll kept. Very easy and good communication. Thank you for having us!

This is a pleasant place to stay. The beds were comfortable and communication from the host was great. Cute house in a very convenient location in a lovely transitioning neighborhood. Nice and quiet! The house would benefit from extensive cosmetic updates in the bathrooms and kitchen, but otherwise it's very nice.

Very nice home in a perfect location for my visit to Charlotte. A quiet residential neighborhood with friendly folks out exercising & walking dogs. Walking distance to all of the fun places in Plaza Midwood. I look forward to another stay here in the future.

Cute little house in wonderland neighborhood. Great location in Charlotte near shops, restaurants, hospital, grocery. People walking dogs & babies daily. House beds very comfortable all one level which fits our needs. Bathroom very small. House was very well equipped and organized.

I loved the house, neighborhood, walkability and location. The back yard isn't completely fenced in as far as being safe to let your pet out on its own. However the yard is beautiful! I would definitely stay again. Communication was fabulous.

We enjoyed our week in this small, but comfortable house. Most everything needed was provided. The frequent train whistles were not at all problematic. Amusingly, the squeaky bed triggered far more sensory stimulation! As did the irregularity of the kitchen floor, causing a mistaken presumption of vertigo. But these incidental observations were minor and did not interfere with appreciation for the well-appointed environment. Suggestions for future additions/improvements: containers for leftover food, a box of tissues, enough dishwasher pods for the length of stay, a lamp by a living room chair to render a comfortable spot for reading, folding luggage racks (including one to support a second suitcase in the bedroom with the bench), and maybe a bed frame replacement for noise control (though that last one would deprive occupants of reactionary giggles). Although we didn’t spend any time in the yard, we appreciated the neighborhood that is conducive to taking walks. Use of a code rather than a key for entering the house was a convenience. All in all, our experiences there were pleasurable.

Golf trip
Quiet neighborhood except for the occasional train horn that came thru daily. Easy access to freeways and restaurants which are located within a couple of miles at the Plaza. Home is dated but was perfect for my stay. Bathroom is small but everything else was fine.

Enjoyed our stay, spacious, well-appointed and well-labelled kitchen and rooms; very comfortable home and pretty furnishings indoors and outdoors; the iris were in bloom in front; exceptionally quiet throughout day and night; soft train whistles in the distance were charming. Hope to return to this Vrbo when visiting local family again.
