Quaint home, comfortable area
Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were little nuisances here and there but nothing that would deter us from choosing this home for our trip. I communicated with owner things that may need some attention and communication was prompt and reassuring. We appreciate our time here and would recommend!

Nice place just lacks amenities
The house was very nice. Loved having the fenced in yard for the 1 year old on the trip. However it lacked a lot of the basic amenities. We didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people registered for the trip. No hair dryer even though it was specified that it’s there. And contact with the host wasn’t quick. It was like moving into a brand new home and having to fully stock things just to stay for a couple days. Would be nice to provide grill utensils, blankets, towels, and other basic things like the hair dryer. We also never received check out instructions and had to message the host and he didn’t get back to us until it was time for us to check out. Overall it was a nice place it was just not stocked to the degree the listing describes.

More attention to detail
The house it self was newer and very roomy. I would say more attention to detail is needed. There were only a couple forks (not enough for the 7 that could stay at property). No paper towels or even napkins. Very little pots and pans and half of the utensils were broken. No grilling tools for the gas grill that was provided. And only 2 coffee cups. But overall a nice property.
