Rennovated 2 BR / 1 Bath Apt Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Concord & Charlotte

We recently renovated this 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment with both long-term travelers and weekend visitors in mind. There is a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, full bathroom, two bedrooms one with a work from home space, and a spacious living with streaming services. The apartment is part of a connected duplex with separate entrances but a shared driveway.

We are less than five minutes from the new walkable downtown Kannapolis filled with shopping, restaurants, NC Research Campus, and Kannapolis Cannon Ballers Baseball Stadium. We are a short drive to the Concord Motor Speedway and about 30 minutes to Charlotte.

We especially love hosting travel nurses & students! Depending on the length of stay please reach out and often we can give an additional discount!
