Paid in advance for a king room but when we arrived we were told that they were out of kings. So what happened to the room that we had reserved? Mildew in the shower. Room 409. We were told park and ride was free but a fee of $50 showed up on our bill. Smoker area at the front door so overall it pretty gross

Overall, location was fantastic and the hotel was clean. It's obvious the hotel is not new though. There was previous water damage in the bathroom ceiling and the repair was handyman style at best. There are many areas to improve but I suspect these cosmetic repairs don't measure up to the hookworm the place likely requires. We didn't use the pool but it was intriguing with the indoor/ outdoor style. I imagine the place sees allot of travelers due to the surtout proximity. I would consider staying here again but would look at options first.

Very comfy bed. Nice quiet room. I love the entrance area. Very open and beautiful. I would stay here again! Parking is super easy especially if you have a large truck/RV. Right off the highway, next to a gas station, so the location is perfect.

Very nice for our unexpected stay
Check in was easy, friendly, and quick. The restaurant/bar area is nice. We opted for room service and it came fresh, hot and also fairly quick. Hotel room had a clean smell and look upon arrival, beds were also clean.
