We didn’t like the way we’re greeted.And the room was like a toddler bathroom and the bed s was not a queen size bed they were full size and I paid for 2 queen size beds and non smoking place.People were smoking in the front Entrance every night and day. I am a Asthma patient thank goodness I bought my inhaler Albuterol.And didn’t ask us how was our stay

My positive is the gym at the Sheraton has everything you need no matter your fitness level. Unfortunately the customer service needs a lot of work. I made this a three day stay and the day before checkout I decided to check out my bank activity. Well well, my Expedia quote for the stay was $768 but……the property hit me with a charge of $1,258!!! When I noticed the problem I called the front desk and got zero empathy and the front desk said I need to come down myself and find the manager. Long story short the manage eventually told me the accounting department had made a mistake. I asked “Peter” the manager when would he be talking to accounting and he said”this morning””. I gave him my cell number and asked him to call me after he speaks to accounting. Peter didn’t call so I reached out to customer service for Expedia and was on a chat with them for an hour before this could get fixed. I got no “sorry” or anything from the property. You would think they would at least have comped a night but no. If you stay here be prepared for less than stellar customer service and most of all…..CHECK what they are actually charging you!!

A lot of things in the hotel were out of date and dirty. Enjoyed our stay just some things could have been better. Also got charged $100 upon arrival, 25 were for parking and others they were not clear about. Wasn’t informed about the parking fee but should have expected that in charlotte. Wasn’t the worse experience but not the best

Hotel was nice, the only problems I had were the shower and my room was on the 2nd floor next to the gym and indoor pool. The water never regulated in the shower and sink, and the door to the gym and pool was slammed all night

Was a little disappointed that the price shot up for that day just bc there were events going on, and I ended up paying way more than I feel it was worth. Checked the prices for the next day (as I was just staying one night) and they dropped over $100. Staff was great, and nothing was wrong per se, just not worth the amount I paid. With that being said, if I’m in charlotte again, I would use this hotel again. It’s walkable to uptown but right outside the mix, which I liked.
