The suite appliances were not working properly, had to switch room. Then the bedroom TV didn't have the power cord to the TV, we had a party of 3, they gave us 2 towels and was hesitating in giving us a 3rd. The breakfast was horrific... Not a good exeperince.

I took a shower and saw a roach coming down the wall. I killed it thinking that was strange or maybe it wasn't a roach. When I woke up and went into the kitchen area, there were three roaches on the counter crawling everywhere!!!!! I gathered my things and checked out. I told the front desk and the lady (there was a man there too) did not seem concerned, told me she would tell housekeeping and because I booked through a third party, she could not offer a refund and told me to contact Expedia. This was a bad experience. I have never paid for a room to share it with roaches.

It started off good the lady at the front desk was awesome! The problem started once I got to my room it was roaches and the hotel itself is very busy. If you're trying to just breathe and get away this is not the place for it. If you're just needing somewhere to lay your head because you're going out this is the place for it

Run away from this place

This hotel was dirty, full of cockroaches, and smelled strange. Definitely, this should not be a place where you want to stay with your kids. We had to leave in one hour after we checked in. No compensation was offered.
