they are not consistent in doing house keeping, i had to keep asking them to make up the room but they only throw in towel and never picked up trash in my room. Finally they send in someone to just make the bed one time and never cleaned the room! i expect alot from Marriott. I'm disappointed

GREAT location and easy access to CATS (buses AND trains). Also, easy parking since is next to Parking garage, BUT I RECOMMEND VALET! Valet (@$40) is $5 cheaper than overnight parking (I.e, $45) in garage!

For sure a middle of the road kind of property. We chose it because of the very short walk to the Spectrum Center. Room was clean, but fridge was broken and the AC unit was leaking and the parapet near it was wet. We could’ve changed rooms, but it was late and we were exhausted. Had very few towels (remedied that’s by a quick trip to the front desk). Breakfast was decent. Parking was easy. Noise from the train can be loud (suggest a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper).

Overall a good hotel for the price
We were in town to catch a basketball game and the hotel's location was perfect. The employees were nice and helpful. This includes the valet folks who were dealing with a lot of cars when we arrived. The hotel and room were very clean. I used the fitness center and it, too, was really clean. My only complaint is about the room's bathroom. It has a frosted glass, sliding door which does not prevent any of the light from escaping into the room at night. If you are traveling with a light sleeper or someone sensitive to light, they'll be rudely woken up.
