Staff very helpful and efficient. Room very clean and quiet. Nice bathroom. For the money, the furnishings in the public spaces looked very worn and dated. Would stay there again.

It's a lovely old building - one of the few left in Charlotte after all the massive renovations. Within easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and museums.

This Hotel is very tired. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. The hotel room Smelled Musty and was just sad. The bed was supposed to be a Queen bed, and it was a smaller bed.. would neve stay here again

I enjoyed my stay, but I felt that for one night was a bit overpriced. I probably won’t be coming back. Again nothing against the staff by any means, everyone was great! Just the price wasn’t worth it for one night.

I was told I was getting an upgrade but my room was actually downgraded. Smaller, no sofa like I paid for and there was no towels. It’s desperately in need of renovation and not worth the price AT ALL!
