What I didnt like was that it was a surprise to have to pay for parking fee. That was very disappointing! I will not use your service again. You should also let people know ahead of time concerning a $50 fee!.

We stayed at this hotel overnight after missing our connecting flight and not being able to get a rescheduled flight until the following morning. I booked without reading the reviews as it was a Hilton and usually Hilton hotels are nice. We checked in after 11:00 pm, had some food from their convenience area, slept, showered and checked out at 6:00 am. They provide a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel was clean and nice, great body wash, lotion and toiletries. They even gave us complimentary toothbrushes as we did not have ours with us. Only downside was the area outside the hotel smelled like sewer. I’m not sure why, but in your room you did not notice the odor. Would stay here again if I ever get stuck at Charlotte Airport.

Brittney was amazing and had the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Although people were not being as pleasant she still showed poise and kindness and respect. She needs her flowers and great service. The lady that took my key at 12:00pm during check out was also amazing . It’s nothing like walking out and receiving great customer service with a smile 😃 awesome team overall💕

So glad we tried this TRU property
We had a great experience. I had never been to a Tru property, but I will certainly pick them in the future. It was super clean, fresh smelling, excellent service by the Front Desk (Thanks, Morgan; you are an excellent ambassador! The same is true for Michael, AGM). The plentiful breakfast smorgasbord offered many options for my friends’ tastes. We all rate our experience Very Good.
