It was great and we have a good time. Coffee 24hrs and an excellent breakfast. And also pet friendly which was the primary thing to decide stay there.

Decent stay expected from the brand
Rude breakfast bar attendant nothappy to be there. Missing soap despenser for sink. Entry room door to the handicapped tighti s too tight too much effort to open for a handicapped person.

I liked how my room is spacious, I think we had a handicap room, I think all room should have hardwood floors. It seemed cleaner with hardwood floors. The breakfast buffet was really good. Staff was kind were very comfortable.

Our stay at the TRU by Hilton in Arsley Charlotte, NC was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotlessly clean and comforterable, and the location was perfect for shopping, entertainment and dining. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Charlotte, NC
