It’s fine. No complaints staff is friendly. Was a bit tricky turning into the property road, at night in the pouring rain. But Thai more a city issue if they can’t fix the lights. I’d stay here again at this price!

Convenient to the Charlotte airport (CLT). We were stuck at CLT because of weather so chose the most-convenient hotel. The room was perfectly adequate. Provided breakfast opens at 6 a.m. which was good for us to check in for a morning flight.

The people there were not vary helpful I had to sit at the airport for over an hour waiting to be picked up by the shuttle evidently they don't have anyone operating the shuttle before 4 pm also had to call a taxi to get a ride back to the airport the next morning as the shuttle also doesn't run before 5 am My flight was at 6am and we need to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the flight .I prepaid for the room and when I got to the motel they wanted my credit card and the put another 40.00 charge to it not sure what that was for .am suppose to get a refund but it's been two days now and so far no refund

Great place for an airpoet overnight
This hotel was very comfortable but the room was dated but it was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The client service was fabulous, you'll be very lucky if you get to meet Letiesha.
