This place was absolutely disgusting. We booked last minute because it was cheap and the pictures looked good. We have 5 month old twins that were upset and extremely exhausted. The staff took forever and were completely unprofessional. When we walked into the room there was black stuff all in the bath tub. The lamp shade had burn marks all over it. The walls were yellow and there was stuff all over the walls and dressers it was DISGUSTING. No place for infants. When we told them about it they didn’t offer a refund, to clean the room or give us a different room.
Booked & paid in advance - Called ahead for the late check in - Showed up - they had no clean rooms and told us we had to find somewhere else to stay

Booked a room @ approx 3pm through Hotels.com. When I showed up at the property approx 6:30 pm w a confirmation # on my phone, I was told they had no more rooms avail.
Will be deleting "Hotels.com" in my list of apps!

Elevator broken. Tried to place me on the 4th floor. Ended up on 2nd floor. As a travel nurse, I made A LOT of trips up and down those stairs to unload my and load my car. I cut my stay there short by 12 days and booked another hotel due to the heavy smell of the green herb that constantly lingered around the entrances. Oh and the name “Suites” is misleading as there is only a hard desk chair and bed in the room, nothing else to sit down on after working all day.
First, the hotel hallway stinks. Cooking in the rooms generated bad smell everywhere in the property. Secondly, only 1 desk, 1 computer, and one hotel receptionist to sever. Therefore, a long line in peak time checking. No lobby. Hotel elevator is out of order for ever never fixed. Every guests have to walk up stairways. Toilet is 100 year olds. Stains and stinks in toilet bowls it is horrible to use toilet bowl like that. Water show flow rate slower than my urine flow. Kitchen provided by no pan nothing to cook. No coffee maker in the room. Towers are too old it scratched my skin when I used it to wife my body. No safety mat in the bathtub that could hurt someone if skid. Cleaning service knocked the room door at 10:30 for checking out. Hotel internet wifi so slow. I never come back this hotel again and recommend everyone not to come.

The room was ok...the fridge didn't work....could not connect to the wifi at all (even after calling the front desk and getting specific instructions)...the bed was fairly comfortable...there was plenty of hot water....a hotel employee opened our door TWICE without knocking (if he knocked neither my wife nor I heard him)....however, the hotel assistant was very friendly
Expedia had not faxed the Reservation so check in was a nightmare. Fortunately, they were able to find us a room. The room had not been clean and the bathtub was dirty. I had to clean it before I showered. There was only one clean towel When I went down to get another towel, no one was there. No breakfast.
Made reservation, paid reservation, booked an Uber from the emergency room where my broken arm was treated. Arrived at hotel to be told no room available. left stranded, had to book another Uber to car. drive 1 1/2 hours with broken arm in pain. Horrible experience!!!
I booked online for what appeared to be a handicap accessible room with free parking and internet. I got a room on the third floor of a building with an elevator which was broken for at least two weeks (not mention on the webpage) and a requitrement that I sign a paper agreeing that they could bill me for toilet paper. I was too tired to care and went to my room to get some work down. Found the information to log on and began to log on. Got to the [check this box to agree to the terms and conditions] which was a link and I clicked to see the terms and conditions to read them before I agreed to them and go an error message that I was not connect to the internet so could not read that page. So I went back to the office and was given a code but the same thing happened. So to read the terms and conditions I had to agree to them before I read them. What kind of stupid lawyer would I be to do exactly what tell my clients not to. I would have never booked there without the wifi. Went back upstairs and found my door was broken and could not be locked. Downstairs AGAIN and the staff (who was nice but powerless) helped me rig a semisecure lock with the knowledge that after I left it might be fixed. Made me think of the term flophouse for the first time in a long time.
