Our room was filthy, looked as if it had not been cleaned. Our door did not close properly, had to lift up and slam it shut, the blinds were broken, pool was broken, the carpet in our room was sticky, hair (that was not mine or my children’s) all over the bathroom, the tub didn’t have a stopper, and we left with flea bites all over our ankles. I also pulled the blankets back to check for bed bugs and the mattress did not have a full mattress cover on it (super unsanitary) the elevator was terrifying, sounded like it was going to break. Honestly I was very disappointed, I’ve never stayed in a Wyndham this horrible.

The staff werent very friendly and there was almost always a bad odor on the second floor.

There is no active bar at this hotel and told by staff it has not operated in awhile. I had to switch rooms because my tv stopped working. The other room tv volumn was extremely low. Seen mold while taking a shower. Ice machine was removed from from second floor. There was no supervior/manager on site to assist with any issues. The day of check out police was on site.

This was an amazing hotel! The room was clean, the staff were nice and professional, and the area around it was awesome! I wish they had a list of their TV channels thought because my girlfriend and I had to guess which channels were on the TV. Other than that if your staying in Charlotte and wanna be close to the airport, I recommend this hotel!
