Nice convenient hotel to the Shopping Centre also a soft play area was in place temporarily my Grandsons age 5 & 3 thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were very helpful and friendly and interacted great with the children. Thank You

Døra til dusjen hadde løsnet fra lista litt, så inntrykket var litt så-som-så. Startet du dusjen først og så prøvde lukke døra, så flommet det masse vann utover baderomsgulvet. Det var kun 1 ekstra pute på rommet. Vi var 2 stk og putene er ikke akkurat store. TV’n var ikke helt med, vanskelig å få bilde og det kom litt skurringer på skjermen av og til. Ingen egen TV kanal til barn. Det er tidvis langt å gå fra resepsjonen til hotellrommet. Lane ganger, som man merker ved dårlig helse og med små barn. Personalet er alltid veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Frokosten er som en skikkelig hotell frokost skal inneholde og i rush tidene, er de flinke til å fylle på og rydde unna. Trives godt der men prismessig kanskje tidvis overpriset. Gratis parkering. Gåavstand til alt man trenger på Charlottenberg shoppingsenter, både det gamle og det nye.
